We are pleased to announce Lake Lure is back open 2026 after the devastating Hurricane Helene! Our lake is once again the sparkling, pristine, iconic lake it was before the storm.

Lake Lure, North Carolina, is a picturesque town located in the western part of the state. It is known for several unique features and attractions that make it a special destination. It is known for its scenic Beauty: Lake Lure is famous for its stunning natural beauty. The town is nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains and is surrounded by lush forests and the crystal-clear waters of Lake Lure itself. The area's breathtaking scenery has made it a popular filming location for movies and television shows. We have many year-round activities available in and near our area, including white water rafting, mountain biking, horseback riding, boating, fishing, snow skiing/tubing, golf, wineries and breweries, spectacular fall color season and much more!

We offer DIRECT BOOKING with no "booking fees", which have increased substantially on the big booking sites up to 35% on nightly rates. We have eight log vacation homes available; all located in beautiful Lake Lure NC. We have a beachfront condo in North Myrtle Beach. We own and manage our vacation rentals. All of our cabins are family and dog friendly, except the beach condo which does not allow pets. Each of our cabins have a fully enclosed decks, great for little ones and pups.
